The new Mayor of the City and District of St Albans

I had the honour of capturing the inauguration of The new Mayor of the City and District of St Albans, Cllr Mohammad Iqbal Zia, who has adopted the theme ‘Your Community – Our Community’ for his year in office. This is a landmark step for the Ethnic Communinty in St Albans, as Cllr Zia is the first Pakistani Mayor of St Albans.
